Meeting Room 1 at Western Financial Place accommodates 12 - 15 participants. This includes tables, chairs, a Whiteboard, and sink.
A training room at the Memorial Arena accommodates groups up to 20 participants. This includes tables and chairs, whiteboard, and countertop with sink.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received within 30 days of the booking - Full Refund. Cancellations received within 15-29 days of the booking - 50% refund unless the City is able to rent ice to another user.
Changes/Cancellations received within 0-14 days of the booking - No Refund.
Tournament/ Hockey School payment policy
25% due at time of booking (non refundable)
25% due 90 days prior to tournament
25% due 60 days prior to tournament
25% due 30 days prior to tournament
Non Prime Time is: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm Monday to Friday
Prime Time is: All other times
