Meeting Room 1 at Western Financial Place accommodates 12 - 15 participants. This includes tables, chairs, a Whiteboard, and sink. A training room at the Memorial Arena accommodates groups up to 20 participants. This includes tables and chairs, whiteboard, and countertop with sink. To book please call (250) 489-0257. The Memorial Arena, Kinsmen Arena and Western Financial Place ice surfaces can be rented through our Recreation and Culture Department. For Arena rentals please call (250) 489-0257. Arena Booking Policies & Rates

1. Payment due at time of booking
2. One hour minimum ice time

(Rates exclude GST and 5% Facility Improvement Fee)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received within 30 days of the booking - Full Refund. Cancellations received within 15-29 days of the booking - 50% refund unless the City is able to rent ice to another user.

Changes/Cancellations received within 0-14 days of the booking - No Refund.

Tournament/ Hockey School payment policy
25% due at time of booking (non refundable)
25% due 90 days prior to tournament
25% due 60 days prior to tournament
25% due 30 days prior to tournament

Non Prime Time is:  Monday to Friday 6:00 am – 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm - 11:00 pm and Weekends 6:00 am - 8:00 am and 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Prime Time is: All other times
