There will be a transition period where the existing ‘Showpass’ ticketing software will continue to be used for events that were announced prior to this switch to ‘Select Your Tickets’ on November 29, 2024.  Any new events announced after November 29, 2024, tickets must be purchased through ‘Select Your Tickets’.

** Important reminder: when you are purchasing concert tickets online to any of our shows at Western Financial Place now and in the future, you are strongly encouraged to purchase directly from the City of Cranbrook, and not third-party resellers or websites. If any tickets are not purchased directly from us, we are not able to help you with the legitimacy of the purchase/ tickets, refunds, extra fees paid, transfer or re-print of lost tickets.
