Ticketing & box office: Box office open on the first day of ticket sales and on event days. Online purchases and phone ticket pickup available via Recreation and Culture’s pool desk (weekdays 8:00 am–8:00 pm; weekends noon–8:00 pm); on event days, tickets can be picked up at the box office. Photo ID required.
Security:
- Backpacks and large bags are generally not permitted; small handbags and baby bags are subject to approval. Security searches and pat-downs may be conducted; non-compliance may result in refusal of entry.
- Prohibited items include (but aren’t limited to): alcohol not purchased onsite, coolers, backpacks, helium balloons, outside food/beverages, skateboards, weapons, noisemakers, and large containers.

Concessions: Operated by the Cranbrook Bucks—offering items like pizza, hot dogs, and popcorn. A full-service restaurant above the seating area is usually open during hockey games and major events.
ATM: Located in the main lobby.
Baby changing stations: Available in all washrooms on the main concourse.
Drinking fountains: Located in the main lobby.
Lost & Found / Lost Child: Report to Guest Services near the main entrance. After events, items can be inquired via the Administration Office at 250‑489‑0267
First Aid / AEDs: Emergency medical attendants are available during major events; AEDs located at pool desk, main concourse behind Section B, and lower concourse near dressing rooms.

Bus routes: Public transit routes #12 and #20 serve the facility; Routes 22, 23, and 24 also pass nearby.
Indoor walking: Concourse open for walking: weekdays 6:00 am–8:00 pm; weekends noon–8:00 pm. Note: closed at 4:00 pm on Cranbrook Bucks home game days.
