Learn how a quality “movement preparation” program can be implemented into your sport and/or recreation programs. This FREE 2-hour session will introduce coaches, leaders, and parents to the importance on why movement prep should be a part of all sport programs, followed by an active session trying the activities. Movement prep is a series of activities that will help build muscle balance and prevent injuries in athletes. It is a component of Physical Literacy.
