If you are 65 or older and want to get more active this FREE program is for you!
You will receive a customized physical activity program that is based on your interests, goals, ability and income.
In addition, you will get one on one meetings with your coach to develop an action plan that will work for you in the long term. Group meetings of other like minded individuals will provide additional support.
Group meetings are Mondays from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Call Community Services for dates.
